    Shipping and returns

    Shipping is free worldwide.
    For any country that does not appear at checkout or cannot be selected, please contact us at hi@mywinebasket.com to arrange a manual order and shipping.

    Warehouse & Shipping
    Our main warehouse is located at Zemitana Iela 6, Riga LV-1012, Latvia. We also use fulfillment centers in Germany and the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS, and your order will be dispatched from the warehouse closest to you.

    Shipping Timeframes:
    Standard handling time for all orders is 1–3 business days, not including shipping.
    Times are approximate and exclude weekends and holidays.

    Delivery:
    Once your order is placed, we’ll send an order confirmation and a tracking email once your package ships. Orders ship when all items are in stock.
    Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We cannot reroute packages or change contents once shipped.
    Wine baskets are delivered in a shipping box. The sales or presentation packaging will be free of shipping labels, so it is also suitable for gifting once removed from the shipping box.
    All parcels are delivered via UPS or an alternative courier. Delivery may be to the nearest Access Point unless home delivery is requested. For special delivery instructions, contact hi@mywinebasket.com.

    RETURNS & WARRANTY / DAMAGED GOODS

    Returns & Exchanges:
    You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for full-priced items. Custom, made-to-order, or bespoke items are final sale.

    To request a return, email hi@mywinebasket.com with your order number and reason. We will provide a return label or instructions on how to proceed.

    Items must be unused, with all labels and original packaging intact, and in re-sellable condition. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

    Return shipping is covered by the purchaser unless instructed otherwise. Refunds are processed within two weeks to the original payment method. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. For EU customers, VAT is included.

    Damaged Goods / Claims:
    Our wine baskets are handmade and may have minimal natural variations in form or finish—especially copper or zinc—where a natural patina may develop over time.

    If your item arrives damaged, email hi@mywinebasket.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging. We will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item.

    Faulty items will be replaced with the same product type, subject to availability.

    Warranty:
    We offer a 2-year warranty on all products, based on normal use and subject to assessment. For guidance on caring for your items, please refer to our material care information.

    Duties, Taxes & Payment:
    EU customers are charged the appropriate VAT for their country.

    For orders outside the EU, VAT, import duties, and/or taxes may be applied by customs upon delivery. You are responsible for these charges. MWD Ltd. ships according to Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

    Payment:
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDeal, and PayPal. Payment is charged at the time of order, even for pre-orders.

    Vouchers & Promotions:
    Voucher codes cannot be combined with other campaigns. They apply only within the stated date range and cannot be used retroactively.

    Prices:
    All orders are charged in EUR. Currency conversion is determined by your bank.
